Every table has a story. The program travels by food trailer — the iq135 Culinary Program rig, branded and equipped for on-site cooking demonstrations, workshops, and community meals. The curriculum adapts to each location: what grows there, what the community needs, what the land can provide. This is the largest culinary outreach program in Montana history.
