Every County. Every Table. The iq135 Culinary Program is a BigSkyChef.org Original — a tour of all 56 Montana counties, bringing culinary education, seasonal cooking workshops, and community engagement to every corner of the state. From Beaverhead's 5,543 square miles to Petroleum County's population of under 500. From Silver Bow's compact streets to Yellowstone County's 168,000 residents. Every county has a table. Every table has a story. The program travels by food trailer — the iq135 Culinary Program rig, branded and equipped for on-site cooking demonstrations, workshops, and community meals. The curriculum adapts to each location: what grows there, what the community needs, what the land can provide. This is the largest culinary outreach program in Montana history. It is also the most personal — because Thomas M. Miller grew up in this state and knows that the distance between a great meal and no meal at all is often just a matter of access. BigSkyChef.org.
